Building-Level Licensure

Baker’s Building-Level Licensure program allows Kansas teachers who have a master’s degree and at least three years of teaching experience to complete the coursework in order to be a school administrator.

  • The program prepares students for today’s school issues and challenges. Students will learn professional skills and will gain practical experience while working with a current school administrator.
  • Students take one course at a time and classes are held year-round.
  • Students meet once a week for seven weeks during the school year and for six weeks during the summer.
  • Earn your building-level licensure in Overland Park, Topeka or Wichita.
